Abraham Lincoln: Oil on Board Painting by R. Schepers. 11 1/2" x 18" (sight), of a striking painting depicting Lincoln in his iconic stovepipe hat, seated in a dark room before a wood-burning stove. A dog (likely Fido) sleeps next to him, while two figures with white beards look on. Signed at the lower left, "R. Schepers / 1907," and titled "Ready for a Story." Framed to an overall size of 15 1/2" x 22".

Condition: Not examined out of frame. A few small pinholes at the edges of the board from previous mounting, otherwise appears excellent. Minor scuffs to the frame.
